A group of teens are out late at a San Diego beach to catch the bioluminescence phenomenon that occurs every so often. It's a dark night, with a misty haze hanging over the illuminated crests. The group oohs and ahhs over the immaculate site.

The waves begin to get a bit more rough, the ocean behind the breaks becomes a bit choppy. One of the girls, Shaina, points out a strange shape inside one of the waves that has its own faint illumination. The group look at each other as they hear a shrilling scream. There is visible electricity running through it. Another larger wave pulls up and the figure is clearer and closer, maybe a large fish that has lost its way. The scream becomes more melodic and the group begins to sway to it. A few calmer waves pass with glows just at their foaming breaks.

The kids continue to capture the moment on their phones - the moment holds their attention and they are oblivious to the creature darting through shallower waters towards them. Shaina’s blood curdling scream echoes on the beach before the others join in as the illuminated creature's webbed claws grab at the wet sand dragging their glimmering body with silver scales and a never ending tail fin slowly out of the water. Her top half is a feminine figure with long white hair, white glowing eyes, gills where ears should be and a scaly torso where full breasts sit in an iridescent harness.

She, presumably, is speaking an ET language with a message only some of them who are open with curiosity are able to understand telepathically and she transmits her energy to them. Her message is a warning to humanity that there is a large force of extraterrestrial creatures that will emerge from the waters at the next full moon.

These creatures will transform into humanlike figures, but there will be a distinct mark on their collarbone to identify them. Their mission is to  infiltrate all authoritative institutions using their telepathic powers and implement world dominance to enslave the human race and extract the mind power of all humanity as a source of energy for themselves.

The only way to defeat these creatures is to compress the insignia on their collar bones causing their cloaks to become weak and fade. She reaches out her arm to offer a vile of a glowing substance she says will help protect against the invader’s telepathic weapons.

In a moment, she slips back into the dark waters screaming her siren song.
